Each registrant has their own Private En-Suite in Tromsø and Copenhagen. At the lodge we will be sharing rooms – 4 twin rooms and 4 king bed rooms. If you already have a spouse/roommate identified for your time at the lodge, please give us their name at checkout (in the area titled Additional Information at the end of the page).
If you are coming solo, you may be sharing a room with another guest (same gender) or there may be a possibility to have your own room by paying a supplement. Only 2 of these are offered and will depend on availability at the time of registration.
On that same Additional Information space, please indicate if you want to pay in full or choose the payment plan.
Pay a £750 deposit to reserve your space now, then choose how you wish to pay your balance of £5245 per person (Each person must register separately)

Pay In Full: Pay a deposit of £750 today, then the balance of £5245 per person by December 1st, 2023
or
Payment Plan: Pay a deposit of £750 today, and then £440/month for 12 months beginning December 1, 2023 through November 1, 2024
