You are a VIP-W (Very Important Phenomenal Woman) and we do everything possible to make your experience exceed your wildest expectations. The mission of Wayfinding Women is to empower and connect women worldwide to realize their dreams, live joyfully and positively transform their world. We lovingly invest tremendous amounts of time into researching, planning and coordinating our programs and trips down to the smallest of details to insure participants get the kind of extraordinarily gratifying experience they deserve.
We expect that you will not register for one of our events or trips unless you are also willing to invest in yourself.
We are here to support women to Show Up, Be Seen, Live Brave™ in their life; and that includes not backing out something that they really want. Because of this, Wayfinding Women has a firm no refund policy.
We DO realize though, especially since COVID, that life can sometimes get in the way of our dreams, so we do have contingency plans.
WAYFINDING WOMEN TRIPS
Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, Proof or Waiver of Trip Insurance is required for Wayfinding Women trips. This is a protection on your investment. While Travel Insurance is not included in the retreat price, Wayfinding Women will be happy to assist you in obtaining travel insurance at your request. Having been a Girl Scout and leader, Ann will insure you are always prepared!
Wayfinding Women is not a travel company. Wayfinding Women will do all in its power to prevent cancellation of a trip, however if a retreat must be cancelled by Wayfinding Women due to extreme unforeseen circumstances (death being pretty much the only thing that could stop me from doing one of our trips!), full refund will be made to the traveler. If travel is forbidden, as happened with COVID, our retreats are rescheduled and rebooked… and we carry on!
WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
If life gets in the way of attending a workshop or event that you’ve registered for, you will be able to gift your ticket to another deserving woman, becoming their new BFF for life or you can use your ticket to attend a future, like-event within one year of your original event.
